Born during the 2020 pandemic isolation weeks, the following was written in a journal during the recording process: "The idea is to show the duality of what happens when things fall apart at a large scale, but the individual experiences any number of asynchronous effects - in this case, a global pandemic is a far cry from the emotional experiences of my own life, yet the sense of general dread seems both widely understood and agreed upon."

Four tracks guide this journey through a reflection on the experience of trying to come to terms with the self, connection and what understanding is when our experiences are predominantly alone, digital, and anxious.
